  1. Do you keep stock or quantity for your clients?
    Yes, we do. But the clients only pay a little prepayment,we can keep quantity or stock for them. But we have to sign a contract ahead.

  2. Do you supply the samples free of charge for the customer's inspection?

    For the first time,we only free to supply the sample,the buyers need Pay the courier charge,but you can deduct it from Contract Value,after signed the contract. In the future We will free to supply the samples including the courier charge.

    3.Are the sample quality and the whole lot of products are the same?

    The samples are casually chosen and show the universality of the whole lot of products.

    What payment terms will you accept?
    1). L/C at sight :

    confirmed 100% irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight allowing transshipment and partial shipments and to remain valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the date for shipment stipulated in the L/C.
    2). T/T:

     30% payment in advance before shipment and left balance 70% against copy of Shipping documents

    3).Regular clients Not need prepayment.

  3. What is the proper time for shipment if the indent is given?
    10-15 days after receipt of L/C or T/T down payment;
    2. Where do you usually load the goods?
    Qingdao ports , China. We usually select Qingdao port,because it is very near to our manufactory,only 150 kilometers long away.Qingdao port is one of the largest container ports in China, with many shipping lines to most ports of the world. All big shipping companies set branch there.
    3. What is the transit time from China to other main ports of the world?
    3-5 days to Hongkong, Japan and Korea ports; about 38-45 days to Russia ports,about 25-30 days to European main ports; 30-35 to black sea countries; 18-20 days to mid east; 12-14 days by express vessel and 28-30 days by common vessel to American west ports and 40-45 days to American east ports; 15-20 to ports of Oceania countries.

    We have a perfect inspective system of quality,strict correcting measures and wholesome returning system of products to insure effective operation of controlling system and the stability of product's qualtiy.

    2.What is a minimum order quantity?
    Minimum order quantity depends on a particular product - usually is a mixed 20’container.

    1. What if quality/quantity discrepancy arises?
    In case of quality discrepancy, claims shall be filed by the Buyer within 10 days after the arrival of the commodity at the port of destination, while for quantity discrepancy, claims shall be filed by the Buyer within 10 days after the arrival of the commodity at the port of destination and supported by inspection certificate issued by officials or other authorities for sellers reference. Otherwise no claim will be accepted. It is understood that the seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the commodity shipped due to causes for which the insurance company, other transportation organization or post office is liable. 

    2. What for the discrepancy due to other parts?
    It is understood that the Sellers shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the insurance company, shipping company, other transportation organization/or post office are liable.
    3. Are you held liable for the loss from any Force Majeure incidents?
    No. The seller shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the commodity under this contract in consequence of any force majeure incidents, such as abominable climate, ground sea, earthquake, flood, thunderstorm disaster, war, explosion and etc.

    4. What if there are discrepancy not specified in the contract?
    We should negotiate directly or resort to the arbitration or legal activities.

    5.How about arbitration?

    Any or all disputes arising from or in connection with the performance of the contract shall be settled through negotiation by both parties, failing which they shall be submitted for arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in China and shall be conducted by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in accordance with the rules of procedures of the said commission. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both buyer and seller. Unless otherwise awarded by the said arbitration commission, the arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party.
